Recently, many customers have contacted us asking to see videos before making a purchase. We would like to address these concerns:
- We offer millions of products that change daily. We have countless videos and photos, and it would be extremely time-consuming to locate specific ones for each inquiry. This is simply not feasible for us. Please use the catalog images as your reference before placing an order.
- All products in our catalog are genuinely photographed and are 100% identical to what you will receive after purchase.
After your order, we need time for preparation. Generally, items are ready within 2–3 business days. Luxury brand items require 3–7 business days.
Once prepared, we will provide videos or QC photos for your review. At that point, you can decide if the item meets your expectations. If not, you may cancel or exchange it. If you are satisfied, simply let us know and we will proceed with shipping.
Final note: If you insist on seeing videos before purchasing, please refrain from messaging us further. We are very busy with many customers waiting for our responses, and we need to dedicate our time to serving our actual customers.
